David A. Perlitz

 

David has over 44-years experience in the airline and ground transportation fields.​

 

David has worked in various roles and capacities in the airline industry, working for airlines such as Pan American World Airways, AirTran, American Trans Air, Alaska Airlines, SeaPort Airlines, New Pacific Airlines and Ravn Alaska.

​

David held Executive Leadership positions at New Pacific and Ravn Alaska Airlines.

 

Additionally, David has experience on the vendor side, working with major international ground handling companies, and serves as a expert witness in ADA-related cases within ground transport and aviation. Since founding Ground in 2013, he has been dedicated to providing expert consulting services in the industry.

Michael J. Miskel

Michael is an Associate Consultant at GroundUp, having joined the team in 2017.

 

A proud US Navy Veteran, he brings 25 years of extensive experience airport operations, ADA compliance, airline fares, and learning and development

 

His diverse background includes roles in both the military and airline industry, notably at the Naval Training Support Center in San Diego and SeaPort Airlines in Portland, OR.

 

Michael's expertise in training plan scheduling and aircraft cabin appearance makes him a valuable asset to the GroundUp team.
