LaGuardia Redevelopment - Swissport SA USA
Working on behalf of Swissport SA US to train, develop and mentor ground transportation supervisors and operators. Swissport SA USA's operation at LGA went from an 8 bus operation generating 70k hours annually to a 26 bus operation generating 227k hours annually. In addition to providing professional mentoring to existing management personnel, as well as training and development for management and operators, I also provided process improvement and best practices expertise to help ensure this new, more complex operation met and exceeded customer expectations. Performed data collection and audit support to ensure customer wait times were reduced and that bus utilization was increased.
Response to RFP for Shuttle Bus Maintenance, Fueling and Washing for Los Angeles World Airports (LAX)
Authored, on behalf of SA Swissport, the response to the RFP, including cost projections. SA Swissport was awarded a 6-year contract, with an option for four (4) one-year extensions. The contract award was valued at $16.7 Million Dollars.
SeaPort Airlines Airport Services Manual
Authored the standard operating practices manual (Airport Services Manual or ASM) for SeaPort Airlines, a Part 135 scheduled carrier. At the time of it's publishing SeaPort operated both Cessna 208 Caravan's and Pilatus PC-12's. The manual included all aspects of airport operations, including but not limited to ground handling, aircraft interior and exterior cleaning procedures and airport procedures including but not limited to passenger check-in and baggage acceptance.
Connect Air NI
Engaged by Connect Sir's parent company Wallace Global LLC to develop and author the business case and business plan for a scheduled Part 121 transatlantic air carrier. The carrier is to be based in Belfast Northern Ireland and fly direct to major US cities including Boston, New York and Nashville.
Connect Air is currently in the formative stages, seeking funding to launch the airline.
